Questions and answers
How long does the battery last?
Our cushions are supplied with high-quality power banks with a capacity of 10,000mAh. Depending on the ambient temperature and the heating level set, this is sufficient for 2-5 hours.
If even longer times are required, you can also simply connect power banks with a higher capacity yourself.
How to switch the cushion On/Off?
The rechargeable seat heating cushions with automatic function switch themselves ON/OFF as soon as you sit down or stand up again. This means that the cushions only consume energy when they are used.
The premium cushions have a pressure switch that can be used to set 3 heating levels. If the cushion is not operated for one hour, it switches off automatically.
How to charge the battery?
The power bank integrated in the cushion can be easily removed and charged as normal via a micro USB plug or USB-C plug.
Our innovative charging boxes and charging racks are of course more convenient.
Each cushion has two small contact points on the outside. If you now place the cushion in the charging box or charging shelf, it will be charged automatically. Advantage: You don’t have to take out a power bank and you can charge many cushions at the same time/parallel. It couldn’t be simpler.
How can I clean the cushions?
The comfortable and robust outdoor fabric is easy to wash by hand. Normally it is sufficient to wipe the fabric with soap and water. If there are more stains on the cushion, machine washing at 30°C can also help. The technology must of course be removed first.
Fits the cushion on normal chairs
At 34 x 34 cm, the cushions are specially designed for the standard seat dimensions of chairs. The cushions are 4 or 5 cm high and fit on upholstered and non-upholstered chairs.
